1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kh888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at kh888.io and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "kh888" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the kh888 platform and all its associated services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You have not previously had an Account terminated by kh888 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

kh888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

4 Account Registration & Management

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a kh888 Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly notify kh888 of any changes. You may update your account details by contacting the support team at [email protected].

• Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• kh888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected].
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified kh888 of a security breach.
• Account balances, history, and personal data are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

kh888 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in Account suspension. The Platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500
• Visa debit or credit card — minimum deposit ৳1,000
• Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit ৳1,000

kh888 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kh888 accepts no liability. Deposit processing times are typically instantaneous but may take up to 30 minutes during periods of high demand or payment network maintenance.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies, if technically possible via international card, will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. kh888 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

kh888 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits, to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits, and to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified. These measures are implemented as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

6 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name, and where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is processed. kh888 may request documentary verification at any subsequent withdrawal at its discretion.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, or any remaining bonus balance forfeited, before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank cards may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing institution.
• kh888 imposes no platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may charge a fee, for which kh888 accepts no responsibility.

kh888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified of any such hold by email or in-platform notification.

In the event that a withdrawal request is rejected, kh888 will communicate the reason in writing. Common grounds for rejection include incomplete KYC documentation, suspected bonus abuse, outstanding wagering requirements, or indications of fraudulent activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kh888 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming withdrawable (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x).
• Validity period — the timeframe within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds that expire unmet are forfeited without compensation.
• Game contribution rates — different game categories contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10% or less. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum bet restriction — while a bonus is active, the maximum single-round bet is ৳500 or as otherwise specified in the offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus removal and the voiding of any winnings accrued.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — certain promotions impose a cap on the amount of real money that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.

kh888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including, without limitation, using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or engaging in coordinated group bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses removed, their winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer streams, crash games, and fishing games available on the kh888 Platform are powered by independently certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published in its individual game information panel, accessible before play commences.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted by the system.
• kh888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before acceptance. kh888 accepts no liability for bets placed on events that have already concluded at the time of acceptance due to data feed latency.

• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settled bets will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such bugs discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players, communicating hand or game information, or otherwise engaging in coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Charging back any deposit made to your kh888 Account. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account suspension and legal recovery of the charged-back amount.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kh888 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kh888 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of kh888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kh888.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kh888 and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

kh888's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kh888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own devices and software to access the Platform securely.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Responsible Gaming

15 Account Suspension & Termination

kh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of an Account.
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon Account closure for cause, kh888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed and no breach is found, the verified balance minus any applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure being processed.

16 Amendments to These Terms

kh888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kh888 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version number and effective date of the current Terms & Conditions are displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the kh888 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the calculation of a bonus, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the kh888 support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. kh888 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory consumer rights or any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.
